So, I created this record called "Recurrence" to bring attention to this phenomenon on different levels, you know, personal and global, like social and historical. We all tend to keep repeating the same behavior, but there are both positive and negative loops. The key is to remember that if you go through something unpleasant that feels all too familiar, it's a sign that it's time for some change.
